Frequently Asked Questions
Below are the questions our customers ask us most often — how our oils are tested and what the lab reports show, how much THC they contain, what the difference between full spectrum, broad spectrum and isolate actually is, and the practical side of ordering: shipping costs, delivery times, payment methods and returns.
We have kept every answer short and factual. Where something depends on your own circumstances — a drug test at work, or the law in your state — we say so plainly rather than guess on your behalf.
If your question is not answered here, email us at hello@hemp-therapies.com or use our Contact Us page. We answer every message.
Are your products third-party lab tested, and where can I see the results?
Yes. Our CBD, CBG and CBN oils are tested by an independent laboratory, and the Certificate of Analysis is published right on the product page — open the image gallery on any oil and you can read the batch number, the full cannabinoid breakdown and the safety screening for that batch.
For our liposomal supplements, email us at hello@hemp-therapies.com with the product name and we will send you the current report.
How much THC is in your products, and will they cause a positive drug test?
All of our oils are made from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight, which is the federal limit in the United States. Our CBN oil is an isolate with non-detectable THC.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of a drug test. Any product containing trace THC can, in some circumstances, produce a positive result on a sensitive test. If you are subject to workplace testing, please take that into account before ordering.
What is the difference between full spectrum, broad spectrum and isolate?
The difference is what else is in the oil alongside the main cannabinoid.
- Full spectrum keeps the full range of compounds that occur naturally in hemp, including trace THC within the legal limit.
- Broad spectrum keeps a range of hemp compounds with the THC content reduced.
- Isolate is a single cannabinoid separated from everything else. Our CBN oil is an isolate.
These terms describe what the oil contains, nothing more.
What does “liposomal” mean?
Liposomal describes how an ingredient is carried, not what it does. The active ingredient is enclosed in a microscopic sphere built from phospholipids — the same kind of material a cell membrane is made from. It is a delivery format, and you can compare formats using our Bioavailability Calculator.
Our liposomal liquid supplements are available now in three sizes. The liposomal CBD, CBG and CBN oils in 2oz/60ml are listed as Coming Soon.
How much does shipping cost and how long will my order take?
Shipping within the USA is a flat $9.95. International orders ship Priority Express at $33.95.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Once dispatched, domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 to 7 days. International shipments generally take 4 to 22 days, depending on the courier.
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only, and to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. International orders may be charged import duties and taxes on arrival, which are the customer’s responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency — Solana, Tron and CryptoPay.
All prices are shown in US dollars, and sales tax is already included in the price you see.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, we can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
For warranty claims, submit your claim within 90 days of receiving your items. You pre-pay the return shipping and we reimburse it if the claim is successful. We process claims within 7 days of receiving the returned item, and you choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement.
Refunds cover the value of the goods. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
Parcels are insured against loss and damage in transit. If either happens, we refund or replace as soon as the courier has completed its investigation.
Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Is CBD legal to buy where I live?
Hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% THC are federally legal in the United States under the 2018 Farm Bill, and that is the standard our products are made to.
State law varies, and some states apply their own restrictions. We are not able to give legal advice, so please check the rules that apply where you live before ordering.
Where is your hemp grown, and do you make the products yourselves?
Our hemp is grown in the United States. You can read about how it is grown on our Grow in the USA page, and see where the products are made on Tour the Facility.
How do I check on my order or get help with a problem?
Email us at hello@hemp-therapies.com or use our Contact Us page, and include your order number so we can find it quickly.
If you need to change your delivery address, we can do that at any time before your order has been dispatched.
